Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of your booking date and 6 month cancellation policy applies for ALL Christmas, New Years, and long weekend bookings. 

 **Please note that, given enough notice, we will do our best to re-book your nights to help avoid extra costs for you!   They sooner we know the sooner we can put back into inventory.

*  A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be retained for any bed and breakfast, bed and bale, or campsite  accommodation.

* Cancellations, for any reason, are subject to these charges, and will be charged the full rate of any given accommodation.
